Does it cost to become a syndicate owner?
A syndicate owner technically means that he or she owns the Brand and Strings Unlimited acts as the nominated manufacturer of the styles as per the specifications provided by the Brand Owner. Hence it doesn’t cost you to become a Syndicate Owner however we will charge you for doing R&D work, Production and Marketing your Brand.
What is the package cost to start our Brand?
Variety of elements make up the end to end Brand launch cost hence to be honest there is no set cost to start a Brand. It depends on the style, fabric, wash, embroidery, print etc. Hence we ask our clients to submit the relevant online requirement form for our team to work on an estimated package cost.

What is the minimum order quantity requirement to launch our clothing Brand?
To support start-up and upcoming Brands we try to keep the minimum order quantity as low as 300 pcs per style by giving the choice of available fabrics to the clients. However if we are making the fabric then the minimum order quantity could be 600 pcs per fabric colour/print. In fact, we could manufacture 2 styles X 300 pcs per style in a 600 pieces order. Additionally you can become a Syndicate Owner and use our pre-production marketing services to increase the production quantity and get significant discounts. I am a retailer, can I buy small quantity (50 pcs per style) mutliple style from variety of Brands?
Yes, our concept is primarily to support small retailors to be able to buy small quantities at lower prices. Visit our Brands Page to pre-book your order. Our team will respond to you wihin 48 hours with the price quote for you to review and accept.
Do you repurpose our styles to other Brands?
No, we will not sell our repurpose your style to other Brands, however since your style is published online, there is always a possibility of your style used by a third party without your consent. We hence strongly emphasize that our clients get their Logo design copyrighted before you approach us. Please note that you cannot copyright a garment style however you can copyright your company logo and your company / Brand name.

As a Brand Owner do I have to make the full payment before starting production?
No, we give you option to make payments in easy instalments to ensure you are given sufficient time to mobilize funds.
10% advance payment to confirm the order.
50% – 1 week before the production start date, usually after you are approve the fit/pre-production sample(s).
40% – After we submit quality certificate, photographic and video evidence of finished goods.
What if I find some of the garments have quality issues after I received the goods?
In any production environment there is always an element of quality issue which is mitigated by our quality inspections during each stage of production process. We also conduct a 3rd party audit on the finished goods (AQL 2.5) to ensure the quality errors are within the tolelerance limit wthin 2.5%, i.e globally acceptable tolerance limit of 2.5% of the Finished Goods. We expect/request our clients to do a random inspection of the received goods within 1 week of receiving them at your address to check if there are any quality issues. If the quality issues are over the tolerance limit 2.5% of the total quantity of goods received then we consider it as a serious error considering the standards that we follow. In this case we can either consider correcting or replacing the faulty garments if you inform us within 1 week of receiving the goods. We can also look at processing a refund as appropriate.
How to complain If we do not like your service or goods and treated unfairly by your company?
As a responsible Private Limited Company registered in Scotland, UK, our company endeavours to provide fair service to all our clients as our business cannot strive without the trust and relationship that we maintain with our clients. However if you come across a situation where you feel that you have been treated unfairly, please immediately contact us through our contact us page clearly explaining the concern. Our team will immediately look into your concern and respond to you within 7 business days. If we have not responded within 7 business days or not been able to resolve your complaint you can contact the relevant ombudsman services to raise an official complain against our company as we are registered UK company.
Are my payments safe?
Yes, our official Banking Partner is Royal Bank of Scotland and you will be sent a link from a familiar payment gateway to ensure safe and secure transaction.
Are you liable for quality issues for the products of all the Brands you promote in your website?
Yes, since we manufacture the garments for all the Brands that are listed in our website we are liable to any quality or quantity issues with the goods that we deliver. Please note that if the same Brand has sold the products through another platform we will not be liable for the goods.
Are all the Brands that you promote copyrighted?
In reality fashion styles cannot be copyrighted however the Brand name / logo / Trademark can be registered in our government portal to ensure your Intellectual property is protected. Hence, before we onboard any Brands we recommend them to register their Brand Name and Logo.

Can we get free Samples?
We can supply free samples only after a deposit of 10% is paid to confirm the order with us.
Please note that we will not charge for any of the samples we provide if you are using our service. Should you decide to cancel our service, we will deduct all the admin and sampling charges before refunding your deposit.
